For the moments when you forget.
…remembering…
The cost of your attempts at perfection are not worth the price of your freedom.
Begin again.
You are deserving of love.
It’s brave to turn your dreams to reality.
The time you spend (re)discovering yourself is not wasted.
Sometimes you’re not meant to know just yet.
Someone loves you.
You can let yourself land.
Grief and Joy are not enemies.
Laughter is medicine.
Movement is regulation.
You can ask for as many hugs as you’d like.
Your voice matters.
Someone loves you.
You are not the first, you won’t be the last.
Your breath matters.
Your heart matters.
Your life matters.
Trust that you know when to leave.
The time you spend holding yourself is not wasted.
Your voice matters.
You can make this place beautiful.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Someone loves you.
Every breath is an opportunity.
The answer can’t always be yes.
You are alive, and that is a miracle.
You are feeling, and that is a miracle.
You woke up this morning and that is a miracle.
You will meet when it’s time.
There are at least two things, and they need not be material, that you can be grateful for in this moment.
You can hold more than you think in the spaciousness of your body.
Someone loves you.
It’s okay to hold less in the spaciousness of your body.
Trust that you will meet discernment in time.
Sometimes the only way out is through.
I believe in you.
Hope is not ignorance.
Faith is not avoidance.
You deserve the lasting love you long for.
You deserve nourishment.
Someone loves you. Many someones, in fact.
Begin again, as many times as it takes.
The cost of your silence is your freedom. It’s not worth it, and you are.
